By accessing learnbedford.com or enrolling in any Bedford Studio program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
The program
Bedford Studio is an educational program delivered by Bedford Learning Inc. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the program as described, but specific session content, coaches, and tools may change as we improve the experience.
Payments & refunds
Tuition, payment plans, and any refund window are described in your enrollment agreement. That agreement, together with these terms, governs your participation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or program, for example, by attempting to access other learners’ accounts, scraping, reverse engineering, or sharing program materials publicly without our written permission.
Intellectual property
Content on this site and in the program is owned by Bedford Learning Inc. or our licensors. You retain ownership of any work you create. By submitting work for coach review, you grant us a limited license to review, discuss, and quote it as part of delivering the program.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and program are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedford Learning Inc, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or program.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the “last updated” date above.
